My services are 100% online to ensure the safety of your family and mine. You can join me from anywhere in the long as long you have a laptop or smartphone. The best part about being virtual is that you can access high quality support in the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are in the world! All consultations are conducted via Zoom.
If you’d like to work with me, you can book in a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. This is an opportunity for you to tell me about your unique situation, nutrition concerns and any goals that you may have. You are welcome to ask me any questions that you may have that are related to my services. Please note that I will not be able to provide individual health or nutrition advice without completing a full assessment. The discovery call is only suitable if you are serious about investing in your health and willing to work with me for at least 3 months.
What to expect from your initial consultation:
Before your first appointment, I will ask you to complete a very short questionnaire. This will give me an idea of what your goals and current challenges. You will receive a link to complete the form once you book in your consultation.
During the initial consultation, I will ask you a few questions about your diet, lifestyle, food preferences and goals. After I have gathered a detailed history about you, I will provide advice and recommendations that are tailored to your needs. We will work together to identify simple strategies to achieve both your short and long-term goals.
During the follow up sessions, we will touch base about your progress and share any roadblocks that you have faced. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions. We will discuss strategies to overcome any potential barriers. You will be provided with ongoing support and accountability.
